For optimal results, we recommend using the infrared sauna 2-3 times per week. However, even one session a week can provide health benefits such as improved circulation and relaxation.

Comfort is key in the sauna. Most guests prefer to wear swimwear or lightweight shorts and a top. Towels are provided for your comfort and hygiene.

Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water before and after your session to maximise the detoxifying effects. Additionally, avoid eating heavy meals immediately before your session.

Absolutely! Our saunas are equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to personalise your relaxation experience with your own choice of audio.

Each session in our infrared sauna lasts 45-minutes, which is the optimal time to receive the full benefits without overexerting the body.

The temperature should range from 45 degrees celsius to 55 degrees. This will elicit the physical, mental and physiological benefits of the sauna. More advanced users may choose to increase the temperature but are encouraged to emphasise on time over temperature.

PLEASE NOTE the Infrared Sauna is not suitable for those who:
– Are pregnant, congratulations!
– Have Atrial Fibrillation (AF) or cardiovascular illness
– Have diabetes
– Have inflammatory skin conditions (including acute injuries, wounds or scars that are still healing)
– Are unable to regulate their own body temperature, young children etc.
