Our wellness workshops and events range from 90-minutes or longer and are scheduled on a monthly or seasonal basis.
Doors open 10 minutes before class to enjoy a refreshing herbal tea from our Botanical Bar before settling into the studio ready to begin.
Full Moon: Energy Reset and Sound Meditation

Harness the power of the Full Moon as we combine a ritual of meditation, intention setting, a deeply relaxing sound bath and mini-Reiki energy healing.
Set your energy for the luna cycle ahead with a meditation to release the old and set intentions to welcome in the new, before you lie back and relax as you embark on a restorative sound journey within. You will soon find yourself floating into a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melt away.
The session will include a mini Reiki healing to assist with balancing the energy centres that may need a little more support.
Designed for you to switch off, release, recharge and take your body, mind, and soul to a place of deep restorative rest through ancient sound and energy healing.
This session is not recommended for those with sound-induced epilepsy or in their first trimester of pregnancy.

Reiki and Resonance: A group energy healing experience

Immerse yourself in a powerful 90-minute group healing experience that combines Reiki energy, sound healing, and intuitive insight. Guided by two Reiki Masters, this session works with both individual and collective energy to restore balance, clear energetic blockages, and promote deep relaxation.
As you recline comfortably in our supportive chairs, you’ll receive hands-on and intuitive Reiki while being bathed in the therapeutic vibrations of Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, and other sound healing instruments. Oracle cards are drawn to offer guidance and deepen your connection to the energy present during the session. Each participant also receives a personalised energy chart highlighting the chakras addressed throughout the experience.
This is a deeply restorative and heart-opening journey that supports clarity, balance, and inner calm.
This workshop is not suitable for those who are pregnant or with sound-induced epilepsy.

CACAO CEREMONY
Begin your journey with a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Cacao, known as the “food of the gods,” has been used for centuries in spiritual practices to enhance meditation and promote emotional healing. This ceremonial cacao will help you connect with your inner self and set powerful intentions for the new season.
BREATHWORK SESSION
Dive deeper into your inner world with a guided breathwork session. Breathwork is a powerful practice that helps release stagnant energy, reduce stress, and foster a sense of clarity and renewal. Through conscious breathing, you’ll create space for new beginnings and align with the fresh energy of spring.
GUIDED MEDITATION
Immerse yourself in a soothing guided meditation. This session will help you centre your mind, connect with your inner peace, and cultivate a sense of presence. Meditation will support your journey of emerging and renewal, grounding you in the present moment and opening your heart to new possibilities.
JOURNALING
Reflect on your experiences and insights during a guided journaling session. This is an opportunity to put your thoughts and feelings onto paper, gain a deeper understanding, and solidify your intentions for growth and transformation. Journaling is a powerful tool for self-discovery and manifesting your dreams.
SOUND BATH
Conclude the event with a serene and immersive sound bath. Allow the healing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other sound healing instruments to wash over you, releasing any remaining tension and harmonising your mind, body, and spirit. The sound bath will help you integrate the day’s experiences and emerge feeling refreshed and revitalised.
