Soli Wellness Booking and Cancellation
Booking your Appointment / Group Class / Wellness Workshop / Course
We look forward to welcoming you to Soli Wellness soon!
To make an appointment, simply click the “Book Now” button on our website and follow the prompts, or call our studio on 0406 339 950.
Please note: A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
If you are using a Momence gift card please have this ready when making your booking.
If you have a Square gift card, you will need to call the studio to make your booking.
Arrival Information
If it’s your first visit to Soli Wellness, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for parking, locating our Studio, and completing your Client Form (if you haven’t done so prior to arrival).
You may also have received an e-waiver form if you booked online. We strongly recommend you complete this prior to your appointment to avoid any delay to your treatment time.
Please note: If this waiver is not completed, you will not be able to proceed with your session.
For all appointments / group classes / wellness workshops / courses, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early so you can unwind and settle in before your session begins.
As all of our services and appointments are time-based, late arrivals may result in a shorter session time, or in some cases, we may not be able to proceed with your session if you are more than 5 minutes late. In these instances, the full treatment fee still applies.
To maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all patrons, we ask that you do not bring young children to your appointment unless they also have a scheduled treatment with us.
Our space includes specialist equipment, and we want to ensure a safe and relaxing experience for everyone.
We kindly ask that you switch off your mobile phone and keep noise to a minimum upon entering the studio.
Waitlists
If a class / wellness workshop / course is booked out, you are more than welcome to join the waitlist. This will add you to the orderly digital queue.
If someone cancels, you’ll be automatically added to the class and be alerted by email.
Rest assured you won’t be automatically booked into a class after the free cancellation window has closed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Soul Spa Appointments
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so that we can offer your time slot to another client.
Changes made under 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Changes made within 24 hours or failing to attend your appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please note: Packages and Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place — we will happily accommodate them.
As a courtesy, we send automated text message reminders of your appointment date and time. However, we recommend adding your booking to your personal calendar, as it is your responsibility to manage your appointment.
If you do not wish to accept our cancellation policy, you are welcome to book on the day you wish to visit. Please note, availability may be limited.
Group Classes (60-mintues)
We do not offer refunds for group classes. Should you not be able to attend a group class, we are more than happy to transfer the booking into a future class of the same duration, however we will need to know at least 2-hrs prior to the start of class time. (Please note: we will only allow a maximum of 2 transfers per person).
You are also welcome to change your booking at least 2-hours prior to the start of the class through the Momence booking app on your phone.
Alternatively you can send a friend or family member in your place.
No Shows: There will be no rescheduling after the class or refunds for those who do not attend or show up for the class.
No Late Entry: To minimise disruptions and maintain the flow of the class, late entry will not be permitted. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure you have ample time to sign in, prepare your space, and settle in for the session
Wellness Workshops (Single Session – 90-minutes or longer)
Payment in full is required prior to the start of all Wellness Workshops.
We do not offer refunds for Wellness Workshops.
If you notify us 1 week to 48 hours (2 days) before a workshop that you are not able to attend, we can either transfer your booking into a future workshop of the same value, or opt to receive credit to your account for the value of the workshop. (Please note: we will only allow a maximum of 1 transfer per person).
If you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of the workshop no refund will be given. However, we are more than happy for your to send a friend or family member in your place.
No Shows: There will be no rescheduling after the workshop or refunds for those who do not attend or show up for the wellness workshop.

Courses (1 day or longer)
All deposits for workshop-based courses are non-refundable.
If you have fully paid for a course, and you provide [written] notice to Kindred Souls Collective Pty Ltd T/A Soli Wellness (Soli Wellness) of cancellation of that course at least 30 days before the first scheduled day of the course, then you will be entitled to a refund of the paid amount (not including the deposit nor an administrative charge).
If you have fully paid for a course, and you provide [written] notice to Soli Wellness of cancellation of that course at least 15 days before the first scheduled day of the course, then you will be entitled to a 50% refund of the paid amount (not including the deposit nor an administrative charge).
If you provide less than 15 days’ [written] notice to Soli Wellness of a cancellation, you will not be entitled to any refund. Similarly, if you simply do not attend on the scheduled course days, you will not be entitled to a refund. Soli Wellness may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy, if a valid reason (as determined solely by Soli Wellness) for non-attendance or late cancellation is provided. In such circumstances, you may be able to transfer your booking to a course scheduled at a later date or you may be able to obtain a partial refund.
We do not offer refunds for Wellness Workshops.
If you have registered for a course but cannot attend, and you are able to provide Soli Wellness with [written] notice of your non-attendance and details of a substitute person who will fill your place, and you are able to provide that notice at least 5 days’ before the first scheduled course day, then your substitute person will be entitled to attend the course.
Soli Wellness reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses/training due to unforeseen circumstances or alternatively if a minimum acceptable registration level is not achieved at least 15 days before the scheduled course/training. If Soli Wellness cancels a scheduled course/training which you are registered to attend, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
All eligible refunds will be paid within 30 days of withdrawal or cancellation.
Soli Wellness is not responsible for any other program expenses (travel, accommodation, etc.) which you might incur as a result of attending the course/training.
